Art Open and Wine Pairing
I will be featuring brand-new originals at a private wine club in Denver! Each piece will be paired with a wine from an expert sommelier. Please come out for this exciting and interesting event where you can see originals inspired by your own travels through wine country and learn more about wine while you are at it.

Juneteenth Music Festival & Market
Join us in celebrating this year’s Juneteenth Music Festival, as we transform the historic Five Points neighborhood into a hub and cultural treasure chest. The festival will span over Juneteenth weekend so stop by Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th from 10am to 10pm. Musiq Soulchild will be headlining live on Sunday!

Alley Arts Studio Show Opening
Join us for a captivating new show featuring the distinctively different styles of Krista Falkenstine and Morgan English. Krista will have new pieces featuring her dynamic use of texture and color. Morgan will transfix you with her fluid line and color mix creating beautiful portraits.

We are in our "Bood Up" bag! The first movie is Love & Basketball. It tells the story of Quincy McCall (Epps) and Monica Wright (Lathan), two next-door neighbors in Los Angeles, who are pursuing their respective basketball careers before eventually falling for each other. Arteoke Part Deux
Join us on June, 2 2023 at 6pm for Arteoke Part Deux. There will be Art, Apps, and of course Karoke. You may also register for a paint and sip instruction for $45 here.
Vintage Pop Up
Thrift Steele is hosting a vintage pop up every third Sunday of every month. Come by May 21st to see some vintage clothing, art and jewelery. Morgan English will be there in person selling some very special edition tote bags with her art.

We’re back at Matchbox this Summer! Come out to see some new pieces all month of May, grab a beer or cocktail, purchase some art, and save money on shipping! We’re having an art open May 6th. Morgan English will be in person throughout the month to talk about the art and sell prints.

Art Basel Exquisite Corpse
Jill Krutick Fine Art partners with several SHIM Art Network groups — ArtCard, Vox Populi Print Collective, Bushwick Darkroom & Printmaking Mezzotint — to debut the exhibition of FIVE exquisite corpse projects involving over 200 artists! Each “corpse” is made up of a grid of artwork done by 40 artists.
Black Friday Black Market
Come support a pleathora of Black artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, and businesses and stock up on gifts for the Holidays. The market will take place within the warmth of a historic building in Denver’s Northside Neighborhood on Nov 25, 2022 from 10am to 4pm at 3401 W 29th ave Denver, CO 80211. Colorado Black Arts Festival
The Colorado Black Arts Festival is a nonprofit organization that seeks to raise awarenss of and appreciation of Black arts and culture. MAE Studios will be there selling work in person. Stop by our pop-up shop all weekend.
Residency at The Matchbox
All July you can see MAE’s work at the best bar in Rino - The Matchbox. MAE's old and new works will be on display from Friday July 1st until July 31st. Come grab a drink and check out some art!
Venice Biennale Collaborative Corpse
Just one of the five exquisite corpse projects on view in Venice will be from a newly formed SHIM Art Network group called SHIM/ArtCard. MAE joined this group with the mission of bringing high quality, small works around the globe. The beauty of creating, packing and shipping works that are no larger than 6 x 8 inches is undeniable! In Venice we present a printed version of this collaborative project. The original work together with the other will be on view at Jill Krutick Fine Art in Mamaroneck, New York in September 2022.
Juneteenth Music Festival
Come celebrate one of the longest and largest Juneteenth celebrations in the nation on Welton St. Saturday June 18th and Sunday June 19th. MAE Studios will be there selling discounted prints and originals!

Understudy Art Showcase
The Colorado Black Arts Festival is presenting a curated show to showcase the work of six talented artists at the Understudy located in the Colorado Convention Center in Denver’s Theater District from February 4th to February 28th. This show is a preview of what to expect at the 36th annual Colorado Black Arts Festival later this year. Art Opening Friday Feburary 4 from 6:30-9pm at Understudy.

Hazel is a bar that is comfortably nestled on Old South Pearl Street, in the heart of one of Denver’s most historic neighborhoods. I recommend stopping for a custom made cocktail. Museum for Black Girls Pop Up Market
Come out for Sunday Funday August 15th from 12pm-4pm at the patio of the Museum for Black Girls. The market will feature local owned brands.
Pancakes and Booze Art Show
Come experience one of the largest pop up art movements the hit North America over the past decade. Celebrate their 10th year serving FREE pancakes and some of the nations leading emerging artists.
